Pretty much, make it understandable to me. And then keep everything in 1 thread until it exceeds a page. Then start a new thread, titled Team name + Callups/Send downs (whatever you want there ) and then the number. So, it would look like:
BOS Callups/Send Downs 2.3.4...
BOS Callups/Send Downs 2.3.4...
