Reds Agree....Hate to give up the number 2 overall spec in Bailey, but i definitely get a fair share back for him, i get a stud OF spec that can eventually help my aging outfield and i get Perkins and Madson that can help my staff out now...i also get a 2nd round pick which is basically a late first round pick...good deal Royals

Royals agree to the deal. Ya, I trade like 40% of my rotation in this deal at least, but Bailey sets up a future rotation of Hamels-Bailey-Haren-Soria-somebody else not as good. Fernando Martinez is good, but i don't think I need him with my current outfield and Butler is very good on the way up too. Pitching wins championships plain and simple.
