Royals agree to the deal. After dealing middle relief for impact players in our last few deals, I felt we needed to trade for another young arm to put into our bullpen. Merkin Valdez is just that, he's a power arm with good movement and decent control. With Burgos, Valdez, and Soria in our pen, we feel confident with our situation.
