Rickie Weeks and Prince Fielder are two of the best young players in the game today. With Weeks power and spped and Fielder just being a beast, what is your plan on keeping these talents or trading them? In addition, is Ben Sheets at all movable, and if he is, what is the price?

Most likely, we plan on keeping that trio and building a powerful, young team around them. We have a mix of veterans and prospects that we intend on using to deal for our needs, but look for the big three; Prince, Rickie, and Ben, to stay put for a long time.

Rumor has it, Oakland is close to landing Capuano... Any reports about that?

So far this offseason the Brewers havent been in contact with the A's about Capuano, so i suppose that deal is far from close. However, we have much interest in Jason Bay and a couple others so the deal, while not close to being made, could be possible

Reports from Oakland are saying they're going to hold on to Jason Bay, unless he's stunned with an offer, what are your complete thoughts on Jason Bay?

We feel as though Bay is a perfect fit for our organization, young powerful and a ture player. However, we stick to our belief that no single player is worth tearing apart an already great team.

Theres a lot of good young talent on this team, but do you belive your bullpen has enough quality arms to be effective?

Definately. We have a great setup man in Turnbow and closer in Cordero. Cappellan and Surfate are both very young, solid and effective relievers and Dana Eveland isnt that far off from joining them. If our starters fail to pitch deep into the game, we also have Bush who has the stamina to hold us through and get us to the 8th and 9th inning.

With the acquistions of Barry Zito and Noah Lowry, do you feel this team will win the NL Central, even with all the competetion out of St. Louis and Chicago?

First off, St Louis and Chicago have great ballclubs and pending moves they make in the near future, this looks like it will be one of if not the top division in baseball with a tight race to the end. With that being said, we feel as though the new rotation of sheets-zito-capuano-lowry-suppan will be tops in the big leagues, with a tremendous young offense headlined by fielder and weeks powering the way to the top of the division. While there's no way to predict the future, we feel as though we have a great chance of not only winning the division but also the world series.

the Cubs just picked up a great OF prospects in Brian Anderson and Nick markakis to go with Felix Pie. They also have added some good young pitchers and a nice vetran bat and arm for the team. How do you see your bal club match up with the Cubs as of right now and a few years from now? Do you think it will be a two team race in the central or will there be a few other teams that get in the race in the next years?

Well i can say for sure there will be atleast the Cubs and Brewers making a strong run all year long. The Astros and Cardinals also have very solid teams, but as it looks right now I dont believe that they have as many pieces as the Cubs and Brewers. To compare the two, they are very similar, with high powered offenses and complete rotations with solid bullpens. It'll be a tight race as it looks, so we'll see who comes out on top

With all of the talk of Ben Sheets being on the market, where are the likely destinations for him? Do you think you can get equal or better value in return for him?
