Ok and again, management was not aware of this rule. It is kind of a miniscule rule that no one really talks about because no one ever tries to deal signed players. To now say I have to keep Roberts, which I am going to anyway with dealing Cora, is unfair. It benefits me, yeah, but I also did it to help MY team. We're probably going to end up instituting this rule for 2009 and no one has an issue with that. Except you.

A miniscule rule? You really should take a poll and see who knew about the rule prior to FA signings. I NEVER would have thought to overpay for the number one guy just to trade him. That idea never would have crossed my mind because no sim I have ever been apart of has this either
A) Been allowed or
B) Been even discussed.

i dont see why you think hes cheating.. basically all teams got messages on the bottom of the page sayin that they got a better deal or they liked it or w/e just cuz not everyone said somethin doesnt mean that he skipped your offers.. i didnt get replies from everyone but i dont suspect cheating its just the game

Ok wow, this is out of control. I don't cheat, I don't need to cheat. If I was cheating, I wouldn't have placed 2 offers that beat mine for Jones in. What the deal is is that players don't like certain organizations for some reason. Usually, it's because they want to win. When it comes up with that, saying "I don't like your organization," I don't get to put an offer in. That's just OOTP for you. I don't need to f**king cheat to win and even if I wasn't winning, I wouldn't cheat. If I respond to every single one, that takes a long ass time, time that I don't really want to spend saying blah blah blah. I got 81 offers for FA's. Thatd be 81 messages and over 300 offers to put into OOTP. The 81 messages would be probably at least an extra hour on top of the 2 it took me to put in all the offers. It's just not going to happen. I do just about everything in terms of responding to team movements. This is just one thing that's not going to happen. How will you know? You won't. But take my word, I'm not a cheater, I don't cheat, and I don't NEED to cheat.

yeah i think its kind of unfortunate that people are blaming all their FA woes on Will when it isn't his faul that people don't want to sign with the team...i say go ahead and lock the thread man, this does no one any good
