Hey boys, just want to let you know of something that just recently struck me. Today, I found out my dad has lung cancer. He's dealing with it, as am I and my mom, and the doctors are trying to treat it. He's been diagnosed at Stage 2. I won't go into huge details but here's what you need to know:
I'm still planning on simming and I'm still planning to sim on time. However, if it doesn't get done, chances are it's because of my dad and what's going on with him. If it doesn't get done, it'll be done within a day. If I really start falling behind, I'll step down and license the game to someone else to sim for me. All I ask is be patient with this. Thanks.

Dude that sucks. I wish your family all the best, especially your dad. Hope he gets better. I've had an uncle get lukemia, a friend get some kind of cancer and my sister's fiancee's mom died of cancer when they were dating. Now they are getting married in 1 1/2 weeks. But i wish your family the best. Hope your dad fights it off. Totally understand if you don't get a sim in on time.

Ill keep your father and your family in my prayers, but im sure everything will turn out fine. Im positive the guys here in this league all will support you and will understand if things get sidetracked due to your situation.

No time to worry about a sim league when that situation occurs. take your time and come back when your ready. |

Yeah my dad went through cancer and passed away 2 months ago. Only thing you can do is be there for your dad. Him first this way last.
