I only have limited knowledge of the game, but I've noticed that some of my younger (23 and below) guys are having their talent ratings drop. Is this due to not having coaches on? If so, I think we should look into turning coaches back on.

Honestly, no idea. Here's what I do know:
I know it has been known to fluctuate solely based off the fact that players do decline in possible talent. For example, a player could be expected to do well, and then later, end up not being as good as projected. This could be due to coaches, but I know I have been in leagues where a players ratings drop/raise with coaches on.

I'd like for them to be turned back on as well. I don't see how it's a headache, it just adds another element to the game.
Also, could we request that our major players that took hits be edited back to the way they were? No massive edits or anything, just 1 or 2 for any teams that saw their young, stars players take a significant hit. Thanks for your help!
